Reason for selling? I have taken other interests in sites, I don't want to see it go to waste. With a little bit of time this site can be jumping.
What all does the site include? The domain. The cheat code script itself runs off a free script which updates itself, you cannot add/remove/edit any cheats or platforms. Also It has a vBulletin 3.5, the database will go with the site but the vBulletin license is not for sell. It also comes with a custom layout, the forum has a matching layout too.
Asking price for the site? $40 USD. This is a good price for what you are getting. Payment will be made by PayPal only.

This hosting company is about 3 months old. By placing ads on all free accounts you can make a nice amount of money. There are already over 20 accounts that come with it. It comes a remotely host phpBB system. You can add banner ads, if someone pays to remove them you can turn off the ads for that forum.
Cost of running: $90 / month for the two servers with cPanel.
