The site was originally founded around 1998, the domain Apostolic-Friends.net was purchased in 1999. It was ran by the previous owner till around 2002. I purchased the site around 2004. I ran the site also under the domain apostolicfriends.com and then eventually went to ApostolicSingles.net for SEO reasons.

The site recieves about 5,000 unique visitors a day (records can be provided). I think they date back to around June. I've had to change servers several times due to problems. The site has a Google PR of 5 and a traffic rank of 1,266,441 on Alexa (

It's primary revenue is taking in through paid memberships and Google adsense.
The average member stays 3 months and is worth about $27.00 each.
Payments are processed automatically through Paypal, world pay can also be used. I however do not use it.
The time required is very minimal, maybe a couple hours a week or less. This is for handling delete requests and answering the occasional email.
I currently do no major advertising of any kind. There are 2 direct competitors who advertise primary by PPC.
I can provide print outs of Google adsense revenue and also probably get official account transaction statements from Paypal, to prove the earnings the site generates. I won't state the amounts but I will say this. There is a reason why I asking $30,000 firm for it. It might be worth a lot more, I don't know. I personally have no clue what a sites worth. I just feel that $30,000 is a fair sum, considering the profit it has proven to generate month after month over the long-term.
I'm only interested in serious buyers with cash. I'd prefer to complete the transaction face to face. I don't want to deal with sales outside the USA. I personally don't trust places outside the US. I've experienced to many problems with foreign con artists in the past.
