5. How does the site generate income? How much? Right now$30-40/month. Was over $300/month when promoted in June/July.
6. Who develops content and administers the site? How much time does it require? I got content from numerous sources. I had 3-4 writers who submitted stuff on a weekly basis. I also receive exclusive videos from E! Online’s Marketing Director. In addition, I had Flash content created and accepted submissions.
Usually I spent about an hour a week compiling and updating the site. I was updating once a week, but haven't updated in a couple months because I have been absolutely swamped with my internet marketing company.
7. What is the monthly cost of running the site? $20/month for hosting through DreamHost.
8. Reason for selling? I just don't have time to keep up with things. When I was spending 30 minutes a day promoting this site it did great. I just don't have the time to keep up with it. When I built the site, I wanted to use it as an example of how I can build traffic for websites, as I own an internet marketing company. Because of my success early, I added new client accounts and have been so swamped I have let this site slip. I spent way too much time and effort in building this to let it slip any further, so I am looking for an owner who has the time to spend to make this site great again.
9. Will you help with the transition of the site to the new owner? I will definitely help. I will give you a list of all the places to get traffic and will help promote the site in every way possible.
I am much more concerned about finding an owner who will build the site the right way and make it great, then making a quick buck. I spent much too much time designing and marketing the site to just let it die, so I will help promote the site and help get as much traffic as I can using my experience. I had the site up to 3,000+ unique visitors/day after a month and had to move servers because I had too much traffic for the plan I was on. I want this success to continue.

11. What all does the site include? You will get access to the server and everything on it for up to 3 months. You will get all the media I have, all the past stories and articles, domain name, designer, etc. Everything you see is yours.
I will also give you a list of the writers who have written for the site and contact them on your behalf if you are interested in having them do work for you. I will help in any way possible. I want the site to succeed.
12. Asking price for the site? Asking
$750 obo. I will help the new owner promote the site for the first month and will give you all the information you need/want about the advertising done on the site. $1000 could very easily be made in the first 3 months if you can spend the time getting lots of great content.
