I currently run and own http://www.hostdash.com, an advanced web hosting directory. Unfortunately I no longer have enough time to work on it so I am selling it. Details are as follows:

What does it include
With this purchase you get the hostdash.com domain name which expires on 17-05-2005, the custom made layout including source files, the custom made script which runs it, administration script for verifying or denying submissions. Basically you get what you see - a fully functioning site.
Asking price
This is being sold on a bunch of sites and therefore it will use a bid-type of purcase. If you are interested reply to this thread saying what your maximum bid is. The person with the highest bid by 01-12-2005 will be the winning bid. You can however just pay the buy it now price where you would get the site straight away.
