How does the site generate income? How much? Sells an ebooks for £7.95. There have been 5 sales in 5 months. 2 in October, 1 in September and 2 in July.

Who develops content and administers the site? How much time does it require? Content is already on the site, needs no administration at all

What is the monthly cost of running the site? Zero - I own a dedicated server. Minimum bandwidth, so minimal cost. I have never paid for any advertising on this site.

Reason for selling? Need some Paypal money quick!

Will you help with the transition of the site to the new owner? Of course. I will help in the server move and whatever else is needed.

There is lots of competition but with a starting bid of $40, it's not a site you should expect to make a million from. This site also has some PR (PR4) which nearly all of the competition doesn't, so I've made money with ZERO advertising. The hosting cost is whatever less than 100mb of data transfer per month and a few meg of data would cost.

I forgot until I saw this that I'm sending some traffic from a traffic exchange I own. I doubt this is giving any sales but I am happy to keep this up on the exchange for 3 months, if you want.
