5. How does the site generate income? How much?
The site generates income only from Google Adsense at this point. Selling licenses is a possibility, which could generate much more income, but as you will read below, I really didn't want the legal hassles associated with it.
It makes on average $40-$50 per month. I will not lie- I have noticed a decrease in clicks and CPC over the last two months or so. I'm sure it's something that can be fixed with some new ideas and a little motivation. I have a screenshot of my adsense stats from the most recent month as proof.

6. Who develops content and administers the site? How much time does it require?
I generally spend about 1 to 3 hours per week working on the script and answering support questions.
7. What is the monthly cost of running the site?
It costs about $3 per month in webhosting costs to run. It doesn't require many resources at all.
8. Reason for selling?
To be honest, I'm sick of it. It started out as just a small project with relatively little participation needed, but it has grown into a somewhat well-known script, and I'm finding that I'm spending more and more of my spare time on it. I made it open source because I doubted that anyone would ever use it, and I doubted that I could make money on it, because all I expected it to ever be was a pet project. This is why I'm looking to sell it- at this point, I see myself running this thing into the ground- I know someone out there can prevent that. With a little work, I'm sure that you could turn it into a very profitable site.
9. Will you help with the transition of the site to the new owner?
Of course.
10. Does the site have an ezine or newsletter? Number of subscribers?
It does not have either.
11. What all does the site include?
The site includes the site itself, the forums, and the script.
12. Asking price for the site?
$250 starting bid
Auction Ends: Saturday, December 10th- 12:00 AM
BIN option discarded at the request of several users.
For the price, this really includes a lot. The script is fully developed, and already has a decent user base. The last version has been downloaded 1673 times to date, and the forum has over 100 members. I just want the right person to buy it.
