Approximately monthly page views and/or unique visitors? 75 visitors a day, 600 uniques a month (And growing steadily) PR3, with 121 indexed pages & 120 backlinks.
How does the site generate income? How much? Google adsense - around $5 a month, but this could easily be built upon.
Who develops content and administers the site? How much time does it require? I am responsible, although users occasionaly submit content. Virtually no time as much of the latest news is pulled in from an RSS feed. I haven't wrote any unique content for a couple of months. Moderaters moderate the forums. You can spend as much time as you want really!
What is the monthly cost of running the site? FREE Until may 2006 as I paid for a years worth of hosting! Fairly cheap after that, it should break even with the google adverts.
Reason for selling? I am looking to free up time, and money for other projects. I am not as interested in this site as I once was. Should be a great site if you are interested in video games etc, has great potential especially with the imminent launch of the console.
Will you help with the transition of the site to the new owner? Absolutely - support will be provided via E-mail.
Does the site have an ezine or newsletter? Number of subscribers? No, but this could be implemented with the script.
What all does the site include? You are obviously getting the domain 360portal - which I would of thought would be worth a bit in itself, all unique content of the site, the design/script etc., the SEO work that has been undertaken. Also, the free cPanel hosting until May next year!

The site uses a CMS, so editing the site can be done from the site's CP.

Not quite sure which banners you mean... however they can easily be changed by uploading new ones to replace the old ones, or creating new ones and adding them in the control panel.

I wasn't really after an auction format, but I will let it run!

If the price is right I may, but it would seem daft selling a site then helping to maintain it.

Not sure about the other staff, but with the amount of unique visitors it shouldn't be to hard to attract more regular posters.
