I'm not trying to sound patronizing, I really am interested, however I am really confused. You say you are selling because you want money, however this website within a week of it's opening has already shown the potential (according to the information you have provided thus far) to provide you with a substantial amount of residual income.

I can't help but think you have alternative motives for selling and don't want to drop any amount of money on something that may be more of a risk than an asset.

No... seriously. I want to know how much I can get for the site. Compared to what some low-traffic sites are selling for, I'd like to see what kind of money this site can make me.

Not as much as you might expect in al honesty, reason being not many people will splash out £££$$$$'s for a site that isnt proven.

If you want more people to take interest in the site, go into you Web stats and just take a Print Screen of the traffic. That way people will be able to see if you're lying or not. Afterall, no one wants to spend cash on something that they can't see is going to go anywhere.

The numbers are way too inflated to be considered realistic. Over 3800 visits a day for site that's younger than a week? Visits don't mean squat if they're not quality. What is the source of these visits?
