Why are the forums closed for posting?
And why do you have such a high asking price when you have no revenue?
Can you post a list of referrers? I would like to know where the traffic comes from. Is it links, typeins, ads, etc...

Have you ever used Linkvault or the DP CO-OP on the site? If so how much vaultage/weight did your site have.

The Affiliate links on the bottom, how long are they subscribed to be there? Can the new owner delete them right away or do you have some commitment

And why do you have such a high asking price when you have no revenue? I've put alot of money into the site over the years (way more then i'm asking for). If you slap google ads on it, you'll get some clicks and make money.

The Affiliate links on the bottom, how long are they subscribed to be there? They are there for a life time, the agreement is as long as my link stays on their site, i'll keep theres on my site.

Can the new owner delete them right away or do you have some commitment? The new owner can delete them, it's really the call new owner.
