Hmm, I aint going to be popular here but ohwell. $100 revenue over 5 months? Avg of $20 a month? $20 * 10 = $200 (standard way of valueing a site, its not set in stone). So According to your BIN there is hidden value in this site in the region of $7800? Now Personally I cant see that hidden value.
The site would need a lot of work, coding wise it isnt user friendly. First thing I check on is the Forums as it gives me a good impression of the "active" community. The Forum launched as a popup window, bad coding here, and then when it did get past my popup blocker (second time trying - bit of a propblem for most users who use popup blocking) I noticed that 75% of the images wouldnt load meaning I had a forum filled with little red boxes.
Not a good start, then I check out the forum stats, not many members, not many posts either for such an easy topic to write on. Posting is pretty much dead. I also read a post about how the site is "coming back soon" as you have had no time to edit. So its fair to asume the main selling point, the content, is old and not been updated in a while. I also notice the forums are hosted on a seperate domain "http://www.salmanarshad.com/forums/" which is odd. So I would also have to move these forums under the PSP Palace domain.
This site would need major work, it would be like starting from scratch again. The forum looks like its completely broke and with it being vB 3.0.7 its in dire need of updating. Is there a licence for this forum, and is it included in the sale? As right now that is the only thing of any sort of value in this sale.
Because of the sheer work involved you will never get the $7999 BIN, you may get a bid of $750 for someone looking to get involved in this sector. But from past experiance I could build a more active site and more content rich site than that for under $300 and thats with a vB forum. So, my offer will not be what you like to see but it stands at $300.
