None. Hosting is provided by a host provided the banner advert on the left is kept. Have been with current host for around 1 and a half years if memory serves me. Site currently uses 5gb space (will be tidied before any sale) and an average bandwidth usage of 29.3gb a month based on the whole of 2005 according to Awstats.

The site was set up in late 1999, although the current version of the site you see was put online late 2005.

The site features an admin panel which features the following options (please notice this was written for this site):
- News centre
Allows for the news to be added to the site.
- Reviews centre
Allows for reviews to be added to the site.
- Review Games centre
Allows for games which need reviewed to be added for site reviewing staff to see.
- Contributed Articles
Allows for the approval or disapprorval of news and reviews that may be submitted by registered users.
- Users centre
Allows for the editing of users, including permission level.
- Polls centre
Allows for poll management.
- Menu Items centre
Allows you to easily add/edit/remove menu content.
- Sidebar Extra
Allows you to easily add/edit content which is found in the left bar under the menu (such as affiliate links, advert etc).
- Video of the Week
Allows for the changing of the video of the week feature (image and video upload).
Registered users are able to edit their profile as well as submit their own reviews and news. They can also add comments to posted news.
There are plenty of other features if you look around.
The forum would also come with the site.

The site is built in PHP and uses MySQL for the content. It has also been mod-rewritten as you can see.
Important information:
This website has links with large publishing companies such as Microsoft Game Studios, THQ and Codemasters which enables us in many cases to request games to review, which is obviously a large bonus for a gaming site.
Asking price:
I'm not really too sure what I should be asking, but I've been given a rough guide price. I'll let people bid from $2,000 plus.
