This site has the potential to be huge, it has a loyal memberbase of around 80 members that get online everyday and chat, and usually gets between 3-4 new members a day with ZERO promotion. I haven't done much at all as far as search engine optimization or promotion and it is still moving along quite nicely. This site, if in the hands of the right person could easily take on the other big paintball forums out there and make the new owner some nice revenue. I just don't have time to put into the project anymore, and since my brother pulled out I can't run the site, I just don't have the time.

The online timer keeps members online for 16 hours, and the recently active member count is for the last 3 days. Also, some of the guests on the list are search engine spiders. But daily uniques are between 200-300, sometimes more on days we release new paintball videos or for whatever random reason.

How much would you take for CarForums.net out of curiosity?

CarForums.net wouldn't go for less than $20k..... it's making plenty of $$ in income, and has amazing traffic stats. I wouldn't sell that site right now anyway, it's been my baby/project for the last 4 months and I really want to see how big I can make it. Site gets about 20-30 new members a day and over 1500 unique visitors a day, and it is only 4 months old. It's growing like a weed, and has already attracted over 15 private advertisers and makes decent google money as well. Not only that, but the name itself is hard to come by, will be atleast page rank 5 by the next google update, and comes up on the first page of the search results for over 20 different key words including car forums and auto forums.
