We currently are averaging anywhere from 2-5k views a month (100,000 views a month). We have disabled the hosting part of the website until the site is sold, so the pageviews have been slowly going down (since viewers average 10-20 visits per page).

5. How does the site generate income? How much?
As the website is very young, no substantial income has been made. However with putting banner ads (Google Ads, and Paypopup on the main page), and Paypopup (since it pays based on raw visitors) on the Control Panel it looks like I would be making anywhere from $50-100 each month. You could substantially raise this by putting banner ads on customers websites.
6. Who develops content and administers the site? How much time does it require?
It takes about 15 minutes per day to answer support questions, and you will always be needing to secure the script (it runs off of the popular MultiHoster script) to avoid hackers. This is part of the reason I am selling this website.
7. What is the monthly cost of running the site?
It has a $4.99/mo 1and1 account, although ZendURL will be outgrowing that plan very soon.
8. Reason for selling?
It is becoming more work than I had expected it too. The main reason though is with securing the website. I get hacked very often, and it is a pain trying to stop these hacks.
9. Will you help with the transition of the site to the new owner?
Yes. Hopefully the transaction will be done through Sedo which has an escrow service.
10. Does the site have an ezine or newsletter? Number of subscribers?
It does not have an ezine or a newsetter, but you could easily add one in.
11. What all does the site include?
You will get the website (ZendURL.com, and ZendURL.net). You will get all of the accounts. Also I may include a media site that I have been working on. This site was being made specifically for getting high paying advertisers to advertise on ZendURL. This site hasn't been launched, but it is almost complete.
12. Asking price for the site?
I would like to do my negotiations through Sedo, and I would like offers of at least $500 (I will post offers that have been made), but I will consider any offer.
I will accept offers being made on this website if you would not like to use Sedo.
We currently have over 1,000 members, and this site has only been online for three weeks. Imagine how many people you would have coming back if you let is keep on going for a couple of months. The hard work has really been done for you!
