The BIN for All three (four including DevFAQ.net) Sites is $23,500 ($3,000 less than the individual BINS together).
I will also be listing these sites for sell on a few other popular webmaster forums. I'll keep you updated on the highest offer.
I would prefer to sell the sites together which is why the BIN for each one individually is somewhat high. I'll lower both the BINs if I have to. IMO there is a lot of ad revenue potential if you purchased all three of these PR7 website together.
