Hello there.

I am going to pull a different approach compared to my usual sales format here at Webmaster-Talk. Basically here's the scoop, the idea, the force driving this thread...

I am wanting to sell my site and domain iHosty.com. Included is a custom CODED template (I'll include the PSD also) - it's coded in valid XHTML for speed!

The domain is registered at NameCheap so I can push the bundle to your account free of charge.

Please realize that this is a great name for any web hosting company. This is a great start. It has and receives traffic:

How many customers/clients do you have? How much is it making minus operating costs/advertising.
Also your images are to small to view. Try enlarging them please.

No, no customers or clients. I had 2 customers but decided I didn't want to host anymore and transferred them to another host. I am selling the bundle just as a regular site, not a business.

No money was spent to advertise...most traffic comes from type-ins. It is a great name and great domain name.

No. The design alone is worth $50+.

Not really. I design and most of my employees can. It is fairly basic design. It is a nice design but the logo is very general and should be alittle more unique. I am offering $25 for the domain name as I wouldn't be using your design most likely.

You said you get alot but how much? 100 visitors a month? 1000 Visitors a month? And I am talking about UNIQUE visitors. And why if you get so much traffic don't you have domains hosted?

Sorry, stat pictures fixed. It is getting 500+ UNIQUES per month.

Well I guess i'll pass for now. 500+ visitors a month is alright for a new site but why aren't you selling hosting? I know it is hard. I get 17000+ visitors on an average month. If you do decide you'll sell for $25 send me a email or PM.

I wanted to sell hosting...I did have two clients but transferred them away. It's a business I just don't have the effort or time to get into.
