I purchased this site from a sitepoint member some weeks ago, it is a great opportunity for someone who has the time to promote it, I have too many sites to run & so am reluctantly selling.
The domain PGR3.com has been registered since 2004, and last month the previous owner received the OK from Microsoft to run a non-profit fansite at the domain (PM me for a copy of the email). So he did just that and set up a fansite, which includes a unique, two-page review of PGR3.
Although ads are not allowed to be on PGR3.com, they are allowed on
www.PGRforums.com. With a little work at driving up traffic, you could be making quite a lot of money from ads, not to mention that you could have a huge PGR forum.
I have done no advertising, so all the traffic is from type-ins (the official site is located at
www.projectgothamracing3.com, so it's obvious why my fansite gets so many type-ins).
