Daily / Monthly Unique Visitors to the site: Monthly is now around 11000 unique. Last year in the summer it reached 18000 unique so as you can see it has potential.

Is the content of the site unique? Yes all the content is unique including the photoshop tutorials and also the simple cms i made to help control the affiliates, site of the month and sig of the week
What is the monthly cost of running the site? Nothing as i purchased yearly hosting however the hosting expires in April.

Does the site have a member/customer base, or a forum? If so, how many members? 559 registered members used to be alot more but members were deleted as inactive. Due to lack of updates the forums have now died and only now the odd occasional posts.
What does this site sale include? Everything including the unique forum skin, hosting, unique tutorials and much more. Domain is registered at NameCheap and can be transfered. However the .co.uk domain is registered elsewhere and cannot be transfered but if there needs to be changes i will be happy to do them for the new owner.
