www.cdgenius.com is a on-line music super store constructed with cutting edge, newly developed technology easily capable of integrating DVD's Records, VHS Video Tapes, Laser Discs or just about any media format available. It includes uniquely designed control panel that makes it very easy for adding or deleting info, pictures, product info etc.., that can be maintained by a 10 year old. No need to pay anyone to maintain your site or add info for you.

The site is indexed and submitted to all major search engines. I am selling the site because i need the money to reinvest in another project i have started. I am willing to help with the transition and help to show you how to maintain it.

It features a shopping cart, an account and registration service that tracks everything for you including customer info. The shopping cart is set up with a paypal account so you don't even have to worry about getting approved by a merchant account.

This site is a turkey operation that 1 person can maintain by them self. This site was carefully debugged of most if not all errors over a 5 month period and has no known hang-ups & was constructed and designed professionally by a computer engineer that cost me several thousands of dollars to build.

Asking price of the site is ($2999.00) & does NOT include the inventory. Please note: I have approx 700 actual cd’s in stock, the rest are cd’s that I am little by little adding to the data base rather than pay Muse to do it.

Please serious Inquiries only. Please email me at b.nite2@verizon.net, Barry.knight@erieinsurance.com or
vetteone@hotmail.com for daytime response.

That's hard to read in one large paragraph like that. I also think you missed a few of the questions listed in this forum's outline rules. Thanks.

1. Your name?
2. URL(s) of site?
3. Age of site?
4. Approximate monthly page views and/or unique visitor?
5. How does site generate income? How much?
6. Who develops content and administers the site and how much time does it require?
7. Reason for selling?
8. Will you help with the transition of the site to the new owner?
9. Does the site have an e-zine or newsletter? Number of subscribers?
10. Asking price for the site?

$5000 for a site with no PR and no Alexa ranking seems a bit steep. How did you arrive at this asking price?

I realize the asking price appears to be a lot, however the time spent, the money paid out, the technology that has been applied, played a significant part in my decision about the pricing.
There is a lot more than meets the eye, as mentioned in my initial posting, I also had a """Control Panel""" constructed as well that makes it incredibly easy to maintain this web-site. What we are talking here is actually 2 websites in one.
Essentially, I have completed the initial pain in the neck of creating a presentable e-commerce web-site, ready for someone to add their inventory, and make some serious money.
Bottom Line is, If anyone makes me a reasonable offer on the web-site, and (or), a reasonable offer on the inventory, we will have a deal.
