Not looked into income for the site yet, just not had the time. Have tried CPM ads and they are earning about $30-50 a month. It could easily earn much more if someone spent the time optimising it for CPC maybe.

Content is added by users, there is a team of moderators on there who also add content and are very good at keeping things running smoothly. They will continue to work for the next owner.

Hosting, that’s it. Currently its on my own webserver and I would be happy to work on a deal with the new owner if they wanted to keep it on this server. If not then pretty sure monthly costs would be no more than $10 a month.
8. Reason for selling?
I just don’t have the time, I took on three projects at the same time and with work commitments I am finding it impossible to implement the plans and ideas I had for this site.

Everythinghalo is a community for people wanting tricks and hints videos. It has one of the largest collection of videos on the net and as such is a very popular site. The Forum now has over 1650 members, which isn’t bad for 6 months work. There are regular new members signing up on a daily basis. The site has never been advertised and most of its traffic comes from its topsites listings and SEO work.
With Halo 3 on the way this site is already set up to handle it, and if its anywhere near as popular as the previous versions then it will see this forums traffic increase much more. Also we are supporting the posting of tips/hints/exploits videos for other game titles too, which is proving quite popular. The potential here is massive for someone who wants a project that will require a little work at the start but could be left to run itself after a month or so.
