These number of articles is good number to start your article site and when SE crawl all this pages it will ensure you not less than 60,000 pages which gives you more chances to get more traffic.

All the articles are free to republish and reprint articles so no problem with copyright as long as you keep all authors info unedited.

There is a simple admin where you can add your own articles, update and delete articles. Also approve or deny newly submitted articles by your site visitor...

2.) Current visitor count per day?

Right now I am paying $5 per month for my hosting.... current visitor not that much yet.... Source of articles they are my collection and they free to republish articles which came from my other article sites and other free to republish article sites.
