Hello everyone. For possible sale is the fairly popular webmaster forum WebmasterTalk.us. Along with it is its IPB license, unique forum skin, and mod_rewrite to make all URLs search engine friendly. (.html extensions)

The forum was started in November 2005 and has grown quite a bit. The site and domain holds a strong PageRank 4 and receives 10,000+ uniques per month from an advertising campaign that I pay for. I estimate that the site will receive a quarter of that traffic if the advertising campaigns were to stop.

The site makes about $38.00 from advertisers, which you can see detailed pricing on this page.

The forum has a strong 127 (and growing) members along with over 2,300+ posts. As the administrator, I have only made about 290 of those posts. I am positive that within time this forum will really pick off and receive new webmaster registrations daily.

All advertising positions have not been filled yet, so profits can vary to greater amounts. I have put no contexual advertisements or banners on this site to make money. Money comes in from those wishing to advertise to a targeted audience.

The reason I am thinking about selling this great webmaster community is the issue with myself, time, and other websites. If there is a buyer, I will still remain active and help out with the forum. I am not one of those "mofos" who sells a nice site/forum and just disappears.

What comes with the sale is: the IPB license, the unique forum skin, the mod_rewrite to make pages search engine friendly (.html extensions), the domain, the entire forum database, the advertising HTML pages, and the domain (which is registered at NameCheap for a free push to your account).

I believe (and others who I speak regularly with) that this domain alone is worth a solid amount, as it is a great keyword domain without any hyphens or similar nonsense.

Profit that can be earned within a year according to current figures:
$38.00 x 12 = $456.00

Why not just create a regular sale thread with all the proper info that someone would need to actually make a decision..

ie: age of site, etc..

Put the low price on it you would accept and if its not reached, you would not have to sell it.

Not trying to start a flame, just some advice that would allow you to recieve serious bids and not break the rules....

I am not breaking rules. Stated in blue is my reasoning, plus my title states for possible sale. I have recieved a $400.00 offer.

I can give you a hint though...any offers I receive $500 and greater will be taken into strong consideration because I am desperate at the moment.
