This site is currently used as a web directory and has 216 links added over the past 2 month and have made a profit of $4 by fast links.
The site uses SS directory script to run and can be fully managed by the admin panel.

2 paid listing have been at a profit of $4
User Hits
In January the site received 515 unique hits and in February so far has got 451 unique hits all these can be seen with screenshots if asked.
The site is currently rank a Page Rank 3.
The domain name Expires 26 December 2006
The domain name is register at NamePros.com and will be passed to the winner account for free but will need to sign up.
There are a few problems with the admin panel as you are unable to use some function properly like Google site map and also when removing a listing an error will come up, but the listing is still removed. but this I believe is only because of the server.
I am currently hosting the site and will be able to host the site for up to 1 week after sale but would be able to host longer if we come to an agreement.
