How does the site generate income? How much? - 30 - 40
Advertising space has been split between Google and advertising my own websites so money making ads not on there all the time. Have made $10 on adsense from 1st - 9th MArch.
However, from the start I never intended on keeping Adsense on there for long. I was planning on selling the ad space soon.
Reason for selling?
Never really had the intention of selling it but had a disastrous week, PC went BOOM (including a bit of smoke) and lost my iPod. I need the money to go towards replacements.
Also -
Had an offer of $800 but fell through due to lack of funds.
Will you help with the transition of the site to the new owner?
If needed, but cant be held responsible if it goes wrong. I will host for one month which should be plenty of time for buyer to transfer.
What all does the site include?
-Domain name
-Front end site
-Lisenced Sebflipper script
-All database and other files relating to the forum hosting
Other Notes:
Once transfer of domain and cpanel/ftp control is passed over, the purchase is considered complete.
IDEAS FOR NEW OWNER:
In the coming months I was planning on the following to get some proper revenue from the site.
1. Sell ad space (already said)
2. Ad free forum option
3. When the user create a forum they are given the option of whether they want a banner ad on their site or a pop-up and no banner.
This site has got accepted by paypopup.com but I never got round to use them. You could even do CPM banners with them if you wanted to.
