How does the site generate income? It used to have Yahoo ads on the top of the index page, however I have recently removed them. Was making about a dollar a day off the Yahoo ads, for a total of about $35 a month. It's now running just adengage text links.

What is the monthly cost of running the site? Uses minimum bandwidth. Any small hosting account on a shared server would do.

Will you help transfer the site to the new owner? Yes, I will transfer the entire website and install the script on the new server free of charge. Or I will zip up the entire thing and send it to the new owner to install at his leisure.

I might be interested. Does the new owner have to keep the links on the side and other advertisements? If no, I bid $20.

No, the new owner would own the website and could do whatever he wants with it. Just keep in mind that some of the links are reciprocal so if you remove the links the other webmasters will remove yours whenever they notice theirs is gone.

As far as the ads go there are already a couple designated places in the design to place ads. Obviously you'd place your own ads. Or just leave them blank.
