Hi WTF friends,
I've decided to sale this professional auction site
http://www.auction44.com which was launched in Feb 06. It has already been submitted to top search enzines and the results have started to show up in msn, overture and it's listed under 2million at alexa.

This site has a great potential of making money. Right now I have made everthing free from admin such as listing your auctions anywhere you like without paying anyone. It has a modern high tech admin features where you can change eveything including it's look, meta tags, prices, disable, enable to name a few.

I have not made any money so far coz I have other 6 other websites to look after. The site has 5 members so far since it's launch. However, if the buyer puts some more efforts in marketing and advertising then the future is bright.

Domain is valid June06 and hosting is paid till Dec06. Buyer can visit the site and see the great features and it's professional look. I can also provide the screenshots of it's admin features for serious buyers.

This site is for sale at afternic.com, igoldrush.com for $1000+. The domain itself is appraised at $12000+++certificate available.

Is this just a turnkey site from dotcom builder or prozilla??

How much has it genereated in cash for you so far??

Hi cal,

This is not a turnkey website but it seems like the turnkeybuilders are reselling the script already in ebay or various auctions cause I've already seen. This site is built using php pro bid version5.1 and was installed by a php pro for a total of $99. I did some changes meanwhile from admin. I have put all the prices to zero right from the launching date in order to attract new members. It's just one month old. Everything is free with all category. Therefore, the question of earning doesn't arise, at least for the time being.
However, if you see the site configuration, look, admin features etc then you'll be impressed and depending upon your choice you can make the members pay for listing, joining, commission etc etc. The earning potential is enorme.
My problem is I have 9to5 job and therefore, I don't have too much time to concentrate on my web business. I take it as a parttime job coz there's no guarantee.
Ihave already sold 4 of my 9 websites. All Safelist submitter site. I still have one submitter and 2 other safelist site for sale. I will keep only hosting, domaintrader and click4everything for me.

I think your BIN is too high for a turnkey site.

What kind of changes have you made to admin that justify the increase?
How much traffic is the site getting seeing its only a month old?

Sorry for the delay. In terms of visitors there had been a lots of hits and visitors as well but unfortunately non productive. The site was installed in the end of Dec and till Feb it was a paid auction (means you were to pay $1 to become member and pay some fees to list items). This was my mistake that I realised only in Feb.so I made it everything free and the new signups began to show up.
