Hi,

The PR can be changed anytime. It depends strongly on the age of the site. My site was built on Aug 2005 with the domain name my-evitamins.com, and I changed to myevita.com on Nov 2005 so the PR is low. But more important thing is it makes sales. It has 40% sales from Military address.

I do have proof of sale for the merchant account statement. There are alot of potential for this site. When I appraised it with eBizBrokers.com for the price, the broker told me that If I can run it for two more years it will worth more than $500,000. This is a great investment.

I have spent about $8000 to built the site and advertising it. I need to sell the site because I have limited time to expand the operation. and I do need some cash.

Please make an offer.
