Domain Details I know 1and1 is a pain in the a$$ when it comes to transferring domains to a new owner, but i have found out it can be done.

Revenue details:
Site revenue is created mostly from adsense and adbrite. Unfortunately i can not post adsense details because i did not channel the adverts. Sorry if this causes any trouble but stating that it earns less than $5/month should you give you a rough idea.

Traffic details:
As well as receiving continuing traffic from www.topforumhosts.com, submitted directorys and swaped link partners i brought some text links from adbrite for around $55 last month, which brought in around 300-350 unique visitors.

Myfreeforum is a free (and paid) multi-forum hosting site which offers phpbb boards and Invision Power Boards for free. Currently its only hosting phpbb boards, but we do have the script for multi-invision power boards available. We just haven't had the time to get it up. There is a paid option of having all adverts removed for a small one time fee, but I put this plan up only 2 weeks ago so there arn't any subscribers yet. There are arround 30 forums hosted and so far it hasn't put an kind of strain on the server.
The domain itself is worth a lot (appraised by a number of forum communities) since it contain key words related to the sites content. The layout is also unqiue and i can offer a PSD of the design to the new owner.
Myfreeforum is using a paid license (owned) for both the multi phpbb and ibp scripts. Which altogether are worth $50+

This is my first web based project and i have spent a lot of my own time making sure that every part of the site is done to the best of my ability. I am sad to see this go considering i had big plans for this project, but I have too much work on my plate to matain this site so im having to let this go.
