5. How does the site generate income? How much?
The site charges a lifetime subscription fee of £4.95 (about $9) to all members. Since doing this from mid Jan 06 have had 179 signups, making £886.05 (Over $1500).
6. Who develops content and administers the site? How much time does it require?
I am currently the only one who works on the site, I had a moderator but he isn’t active now. It doesn’t take long to update as I will show you where to get all the streams, links and schedule information from. Just a case of cutting and pasting!
7. What is the monthly cost of running the site?
The site is hosted on my own dedicated server. If the BIN is met then I will gladly host this site on my server free for 12 months. If not then the most its likely to cost is about $10 a month for hosting.
8. Reason for selling?
I bought this site in Jan 06 because I felt I could develop it, I have started to set the wheels in motion but I just don’t have the time. I have been selling off a lot of my projects recently as I have a full time job and another major website taking up all my time. It just needs someone to spend some time on it in the initial stages and once that’s out the way it will be fairly self sufficient!

Information:
The site is a PR4 but is ranked 2nd in google for the term “Football Streams”. This and word of mouth is where all our members come from. I have never advertised this site and I know as soon as its advertised the member numbers will skyrocket. There are loads of people looking for football games to watch on the PC. The site has over 4,000 members, this is higher than subscriptions because it’s the original member base I bought when purchasing the site, plus people who never subscribed too. So you could even send out an email to these people once you take over and will probably get a number of them signing up.
At present we only make money from the subscription plans, but there is also a chance to make money from advertising too. A decent PR means text links could be sold, and CPM advertising could work out too. Plus you could offer a variety of subscription packages. The subscriptions are handled through vBulletin’s own subscription manager. I use Paypal to receive the money but vBulletin is compatable with other payment gateways too. I had a few plans for this site and will gladly share them with the new owner.
The domain name is excellent for this type of site too and that in itself is worth a bit of money. Just to avoid confusion this is soccer, not american football. However, there is nothing stopping the new owner from showing various other sports too.
