I want to sell $7500/months website and I'm looking for good broker who will search for buyer. Unfortunately, almost all websites just take $$$ and place domain name in it's listings.

Call Sun Belt Business Brokers in San Diego - they have gotten $$$,$$$ for web sites that I can vouch for.

You could always list your site on sitepoint forums. It's around $10 for a listing, and people usually get quick sales.
