It's a myspace layouts and codes website. Include with the site is the domain, myspace cms, 3 myspace train scripts, and two months of free hosting on my server. I will assist the new owner when it's time to transfer. The domain name isn't, but the site itself is less than one month old. I bought everything the cms, train scripts and everything else from a member on sitepoint for $50. Asking price for this one is $40.
