I am selling www.aresidence.com. This is a free/paid counter service. Money can be made through advertisers. Currently there are low profits (only some adsense clicks), and few users, but if advertised, aresidence.com could be profitable. It comes with a neat control panel that lets you manage counter ads and mange users. I am selling this website because I have no time to continue it. The auction includes the domain, and the entire website. I have instructions on the configuration process.

The domain was created on 11-nov-2005, expires 11-nov-2006 (free domain push to a namecheap account)

As of April 6, there were almost 200 unique visitors this month (according to awstats).

The bidding starts at $40. BIN at $125. Auction ends Sunday, April 9, 2006 at 4 PM EST. Payment accepted through PayPal. I will be happy to answer any questions.

This is a very nice website with very high potential. Very easy to advertise. $40 is a bargain. Unfortunately I dont have $40 to spare. Otherwise i'd bid. I encourage everyone to at least consider buying this website.
