This is a nice looking proxy website. The domain sounds innocent like a website related to school or education which means that people at work/school using this proxy wont have to worry about a proxy websites URL showing up in their history logs such as with the other proxy sites on the 'web.

How does the site generate income? Yahoo ads and Adengage text links. I have no idea how much it's making from the Yahoo ads because they're connected to my other websites but it appears to be making about a dollar a week from the Adengage links.
What is the monthly cost of running the site? Any good host would work fine with this site. Uses very little bandwidth and server resources.
Reason for selling? This is sort of a turnkey site. Has a good domain name, design, and has traffic flowing to it. I don't have the interest or free time to properly run the website longterm but this site would serve as an excellent start for a new owner.
Will you help transfer the site to the new owner? Yes, I will transfer the entire website if the new owner desires. I will also install everything for you and make sure that it's working right. Or if you wish I can just send you a zip file which includes all of the HTML and you can set it up yourself.
What does this site sale include? The sale includes the domain name, the CGI based proxy script, and the design.
