I am selling www.aresidence.com. This website has a pagerank of 2. The domain is registered at namecheap. We currently have 12 registered users. Here are the traffic stats: http://www.aresidence.com/SP32-20060425-165112.gif. I will consider all offers above $30. The BIN is $50.

Unfortuanately I do not have much experience with databases, and the buyer will have to transfer these himself.

The last time I was trying to sell this website, this user kept interfering. He is not a serious buyer.

Could you please tell me why there is a risk of being scammed by me? What was that "experience" that you are talking about?
