Current site comes with easy to manage backend coded in ASP.NET

3 distinct communities within site (A social networking component, a directory component and an educational // resources component)

Site makes about $250 off of google adsense a month due to legal keywords paying a lot - about 30k uniques a month (that was april)

1) If you want to be a partner, then offer a $$ price
2) If you want outright purchase of the domain, site, and backend - I'm taking 6 month google revenue (I can prove consistent growth in last 6 months) and you get the revenue as well as site design + backend so I'd say $2500-3000+
3) If you just want the site software + frontend - I'd say $ 1000+

No backlinks at all. How do you get that much traffic?

Plus none of internal links are working.

1) Traffic from legal community at school - i work for the law review here
2) I do advertisements in legal forums and hand out fliers here
3) I took most of the links off because we're revamping how ad system works - the entire backend is automated now

i am looking for partner // buyer so this site can expand

It's made about $1000 in last 3 months

I don't understand how can you make site earn 250$ site with no content and a lot broken links. Who is visiting this site and why? If you can explain me I can be interested in partnership. I run www.legalforms.name

Read what I said dude ... holy sh*t

1) i work at the law review - people on campus here go to it daily

2) The links are broken BY CHOICE - started last week - i purged the DB to add new links

3) The other parts of the site have to be developed

this is today's crap so far
