Approximately monthly page views and/or unique visitors? Used to get about 4000 uniques per day but right now its about 1000. I had no time for the website for couple of months and everything got messed up site was down some time and i was too busy. There were lot of spam and useless posts and lot of fake or unused members. I have cleaned the site and now there are no such users and useless posts. IT got about 19000 users and i have deleted about half of them.
How does the site generate income? How much?

Google adsence averages about $20-$30 before but right now it is about $10-$15 per day. Amount will pick up very soon but i dont have time.
Member donations Averages about $500 per month Lot of loyal members who are in group called GS supporters.
Custom made skins.. About $400 per month. Members order custom made skins for their forums and our skinners code the skin and you get half the profit and half goes to skinner.
Website is generating about $1000 right now and will pick up and go back to when it was making about $3000 per month.

Who develops content and administers the site? How much time does it require?

There are about 3 admins and 4 Co admins and some moderators who take care of the site not much work is required.

What is the monthly cost of running the site?

$20 hosting per month at lypha networks

Reason for selling?

Moving to Home country because i got a very good job offer and will not have time.

Will you help with the transition of the site to the new owner?

I would recommend some body who knows about forums and websites should takeover the site because i cannot gurantee that i will hav e time but i would help if needed and i am not sure when will i get internet there LOL

Traffic proof... Notice the traffic in march was very high and site was getting 4000 uniques per day but due to some downtime and lack of time for the site traffic dropped but it is increasing now dramatically!!!!! Will be getting about 5000 uniques per day in next couple of weeks. ALSO FORGOT TO MENTION THAT SITE IS GOOGLE PR5 AND HAVE OVER 38000 PAGES INDEXED IN GOOGLE.

Guys thanks for your interest... I blacked out info in google because it is against TOS as far as i know to show that...
I dont have specific price in mind but i am open to offers as soon as i get good offer i will sell it and if i dont get a good one i will just keep the site...
I will not sell it for less then 4 months of reveneue and BIN can be 10 months of reveneue which will be $15000. Please contact me if you are interested so i can talk to you as i am talking to about 4 other serious cutomers and i may sell it soon. I am selling it because i will not have any time and probably wont even have internet anymore so that is why its going also i do not pay to any admin or moderator unless i want them to do something specific thanks

I recommend Dedicated server because i know that site will go back to its original condition in this month and will be getting 4000-5000 visitors per day and about 150-200 GB of bandwidth per month. Right now it is hosted at lypha networks for $14.99 but i would move if i keep the site. You can see the needs according to stats.
