Reason For Selling
I have had a lot of fun making this site into what it is. I purchased the site when it was small a year ago this month. Although I have had the site a while, I would now like to start pursuing other projects.
Revenue Details
The site makes money from a few different sources. I sell banner ads for $14.00 a month (three banners in rotation at once). Along with text links for $4.00 a month I can generate about $50.00 a month. Google AdSense will generate about $10 to $11 dollars a month. Listed below is last months earnings:

The lack of advertising that has gone into this site is another point of value. In the year I have owned this site I have spent $10 in advertising mostly as a test. The site receives 5-12 signups
