Your members will be able to set up
sms reminders that can be sent to anyone and delivered at the specified time with the specified message and the specified sender (which can be a number or any alpha numerical combination)
Your members can apply to have an e-mail account as
username@forgetmenotsms.com and all e-mails delivered to this address can be delivered via text message.
Members can choose to have only short text messages for e-mail by sms service whereby only Sender, Receiver and Subject of e-mail message are sent and only cost 1 credit.
Or members can choose to have long text messages whereby Sender, Receiver, Subject and first 335 characters of e-mail message are received.
members can switch off e-mail text alerts at any time.
Your members can send Text, Group SMS & Multimedia, SMS (& Group Multimedia SMS) anywhere in the world, Pictures, Photos, Ringtones, Mp3s, Videos, Wallpaper, java games, and get charged automatically by crediting system on website whilst you only pay
$0.04 per SMS.
Your members can purchase credits by paypal, and you may also add unlimited payment facilities, just ask.
Members need to activate their account with a unique code unique to them in order to gain access to the facilities, this code can only be obtained through the e-mail the member has registered with on the site, as a process of verification.
It is possible to have verification codes only sent to mobile phones for extra security in verification, instead of being sent to e-mail addresses.
Members are given automatic free credit upon signing up, (this can be changed to nil if you wish)
Members can retrieve forgotten passwords via e-mail or if verification procedure is through phone, members will receive password sent to registered mobile.
Full advertising system on site based on per month advertising, allowing for stats and random banners, allowing prioritasation of particular campaigns.
Members can set up their own 2 way SMS service by renting keywords from you on your virtual number, members can determine what response they would like for the originating mobile that sends in the keyword, response can be plain text or multimedia which is credit deducted from members account, or member can choose for there not to be a response. In all cases the originating mobile along with the keyword is forwarded to the member's designated e-mail address for that particular campaign.

Provisional charges on site are currently (only guidelline you can change as you wish):
$15 per 100 SMS Credits for worldwide delivery (profit of $7-$11 per purchase as SMS are only costing you from 0.04 per SMS)
$125 per 1000 SMS Credits for worldwide delivery(profit of $40-$80 per purchase)
$25 per month of banner rotation advertising on site (100% profit)
$10 rental per keyword (100% profit as you can have unlimited keywords on your number, outgoing SMS responses are still charged to your member)
$10 activation fee to activate e-mail by SMS account (100% profit, although you should consider giving your users free bonus credit as incentives wherever possible)
Members currently are charged 3 credits or multimedia based SMS (although this is still only costing you from $0.04 per SMS)
Administrator can add, delete, freeze members at any time, give members exra priviledges, monitor activity of site, view all SMS logs, add or deduct credit from any user, many many priviledges.
