Approximately monthly page views and/or unique visitors? Approximately 600-700 uniques a month. Site is PR4, with 433 indexed pages & around 70 backlinks.
How does the site generate income? How much? Had google adsense on there a while back, generating $5 a month - with integration of google ads, and xbox 360 related affiliate programs, I think this could easily be built upon.
Who develops content and administers the site? How much time does it require? I am responsible, although users occasionaly submit content. Virtually no time as much of the latest news is pulled in from an RSS feed. I haven't wrote any unique content for a few months. Moderaters moderate the forums. You can spend as much time as you want really! Unique articles soon pull in traffic.
What is the monthly cost of running the site? Hosting renewal is now up, and is $44 or I can move this for the buyer.
Reason for selling? This site was sold a few months ago on here, but the user hasn't contacted me to arrange the transfer despite several E-mails. So I will submit a refund to the original buyer. This site is too good to be left to expire! I have spent a lot of time on the SEO of the site, it is now established and I cannot just let it be deleted. I am also trying to free up some money for scripts for new projects.

Does the site have an ezine or newsletter? Number of subscribers? No, but this could be implemented with the script.
What all does the site include? You are obviously getting the domain 360portal.net - which I would of thought would be worth a bit in itself as all of the xbox 360 domains are taken, all unique content of the site, the design/script etc., the SEO work that has been undertaken. Also all members details etc.
Asking price for the site? I am open to offers, a PM or E-mail would be good, and if you are interested we can go from there, I have a rough idea of what the site is worth, and it isn't a huge amount. If there isn't much interest, I will renew the hosting and just keep the site.
