Why am I selling it?

This business only requires 5-7 hours of time every week. Due to a personal illness, I have now less time to spare and I have to let go of my online business.

Anyways, let me give you the details of the business. I advertise vacation rental properties for a fixed yearly price. This business with the right owner/webmaster could give you unlimited income. You do not need any business experience or technical knowledge to run this business. What you need is a desire to make money and to travel. I love this business, but can't work it anymore by doctors advice to relax more time.

The other businesses in this industry have thousands of subscribers, each paying anywhere between, $65 to over $200 per year, per property. We already have over 900 subscribers and have been online for over 2 1/2 years. I have not had the time to properly advertise our site.
