However Iknow that their is another thread for this site that I have bid on even higher and I think prior to the time here. The price was stated as $50 - $100

I state my position with all due respect:

Seller never stated that the price of $50.00 and or $100.00 was the reserve, was the BIN, the asking price, or the sellers confirm offering price.

Bids were made and or contingent upon stats and revenue.

Second listing stated BIN, were as the first listing did not state a BIN.

Sorry this is a problem. This maybe a matter for DaveMo.
