Are you expert in linux server? Good with PHP? I am looking for a responsible and capable server administrator to take over my business. All servers are collocated, none on-site. You can manage servers anywhere.

Hosting business well established since 1999, 300 shared hosting accounts, 10 servers, and 600 domains in registration database, 2005 revenue $62,835.55, very high profit margin. $22k so far this year.

I am trying to see if there is any interested party out there.

Also if this is to be paid for, people arent exactly rich here...like if u would need to pay $xx,xxx-$xxx,xxx for it, people just dont have the $$$ here. May have better luck on namepros or sitepoint, though if u are selling it for that much, it will be very rare they can pay for it, unless its really good.

What does this size company will sell for? The reason I am selling, this has been an one man business for the past 4 years, I am ready to do something else. This has been a part-time thing for the last 2 years. I think the company has a lot more growth potential for someone has more passionate than I do. I currently outsource 15-20% of programming business.

I believe people normally buy/sell for around 8 months profit so if you were earning 2k profit per month it would go for about 16k.

Any proof of traffic, proof of income? Also, do you use any paid advertising, or is it all word of mouth? Also, collocated servers means you own your own servers, right? Could we have details on that as well?
