You get the domain and everything esle except the ipb license... Hosting will be up as long as you want it to be. A friend is hosting it. But I recommend you move it.

I'm taking offers starting at $25... Domain is http://gfx-cental.net there is no revenue. Not much time to get the word out about it but it does have a $35 dollar custom skin.
