I managed to make just under $30 in its first month online, the last couple of months havent brought much in as i havent been advertising it.
I have noticed the payouts on the ads shown are higher than the average.

Reason selling - Time isues, i have a few to many sites
at the moment to manage and wish to cut back and move onto some new ones.
I have spent a lot of time on this site, the design is custom made by me,

I also spent money buying links on some respected design sites (textureking.com, photoshopdepot.com)
I highered a copywriter to write some atractive content for the site (home page, about page)
You will get the original PSD files so you can modify and add more graphics if ever needed etc...
Their is so much much potential in this site, if you get the name out their and make it
a respected brand, design companies and designers alike will kill to be in it, especially with the predicted PR 5 on its way.
If i do not recieve a BID i like, i will not sell this.
