you should also consider the price of the license script, the gamepacks, directory submission, advertising the site, hosting, etc. Also you can sell banner ads on this site, text link.

yeha but all of that means almost nothing if your income isnt that high...after all, the point of buying a site is to eventually make more money then you bought it for

You should take a look around before deciding on your BIN and starting bid. $1000 is quite a lot to pay for a website earning $60/month.
