I'm selling http://itz-forums.com which is a very active sports forum. It opened May 6th, 2006. It also has a homepage which is located at http://itz-website.com

It has 183 members and 12,000+ Post. 183 members in less than a month is very good.
The Website and Forum design were created by both the same designer. They are custom designs. This will incude the IPB License which is $70/Year. We just move the forum and website to a new server. It's free and it's on my reseller. I just recently got the reseller and moved it there. The hosting is very reliable. I'm still willing to host it for you guys if you aren't going to move it.
