The Vbulletin license is a leased one and is not transferable
so keep your opinions to yourself, or make sure you are right before you post

I would like the Mods to verify that the license for the VB is a leased one and is legel, if you would like to contact me I will give you all the infomation you require to check the license

I do have a IBP leased license I am willing to include but it is your job to import the data from VB
and I can verify that license if required, No Nulled licenses here sorry

It looks like you are having alot of issues with your members.
According with the shoutbox it seems that your vb is fu**ed up with the registrations code and cookies.
You better fix this before selling it.
