I'd BIN but isn't this type of search again illegal / against Google's TOS? I don't believe Google allows people to pull their search results without paying.

This is not illegal as it does not pull the results from google it uses there search box and redirects to there site so we do not break and of the rules in place on google adsense.

It is also very effective at returning profits in adsense with our other site this week we have had 44 clicks out of 130 searches.
