You can make your offer dependant on proof of both and I can provide it. My cost is basically hosting of $3 per month and I sent out an ad in a newsletter in May for $7.25. I will provide the winner with the multiple ways I bring in traffic to the site.

sorry dont make offers on sites which i have no evidence of at all.....i could waste all day sitting here and find that i dont want the site at the end of the sale so id rather know some information up front to get started with a bid. That to me is a fair way to run an auction sale.

I worked hard to build my links and traffic I will not just give all the details of that info to anyone (especially someone new to the forum).
