This site currently generates no revenue becuase I do not run adds on it, its possible to run any add service.

The site has allready drawn a lot of attention and has gained 50+ tutorials and 67,000 + hits in just 3 weeks.

The system runs with an admin backend that allows you to approve, remove, manage, edit tutorials. Add news, and add catagories to the main site.

Frehtuts.com only needs hosting to run, other than that there are no expenses in running it.

I need to get rid of a few sites I have to pay off some debt. I know this site is going to be big and its allready exploding but I need to sell.

This site also has over 40 pages indexed on google alone in those 3 weeks, and continues to grow. I have also submitted it to DMOZ and Google Sitemaps Beta.

It has grown to 67,000 + hits in just three weeks with all traffic being directly to the site, return traffic, and google.

If you ask me thats pretty good.
