The total size is under 10 MB, since the whole free forum system only uses 1 forum's files, and each free forum that a user creates is just more MYSQL tables on the DB. I just recently cleared a couple hundred "Abandoned' boards so the only tables left on the db are active boards. So there is just over 30 now. I consider Abandoned 14 days with no posts, but you can change that in the admin cp to any ammount of days. I just prefered to not waste any space..
So with that said, Bandwidth is the only concern, but right now that is only taking a few hundred MB per month. I was surprised too, when i was expecting to have a dedicated server, this site has been simply added within my small VPS with the rest of my sites.
Adsense revenue has only been laround $1.50 USD per day, but i only have 1 Adsense block on the homepage. I chose to place Graphic banners on the hosted forums, to advertise my other websites. (Very effective, and lots of clicks!)
If you were to add Adsense to the headers of the forum system, you would generate a lot more!
